there’s nothing good on tv

tonight after my mom and i walked for awhile…
i ran!
slowly. for about 7 minutes. until my chest started to feel weird and tight again. but, i ran! i didn’t pass out. i didn’t have trouble breathing. those have to be good signs. count me in for the next 5k.

the doctor told me that the next step is a breathing test at the hospital, which will determine if i really do have asthma. how ridiculous is it that i am the only person in my family who makes any effort to stay in shape and now i am the one with health problems. oh, and in case there were any doubts, a million brush fires swallowing the state you’re in does not help with breathing issues. ok, now i’m done being a brat.
